Bluebird Country Hay Ride
Come on down to Bluebird Gap Farm for a good old-fashioned country hayride. We load up near the Bluebird Amphitheatre and take a leisurely ride in a tractor-drawn hay wagon down the road a ways to the back of the farm, around the fishin’ pond, through the woods, and back.

FREEdom Days
In a show of support for our troops and their families, the
hosting FREEdom Days, a month of military appreciation where the Center is giving away FUN for FREE! During March, Veterans, retired and active duty military, their spouses and Dependents, will receive free exhibit admission with the presentation of their military ID. On Saturdays and Sundays, children can participate in free make-n-take activities. Military families will also receive discounts on IMAX admission and in the Center’s café and gift store. British cello virtuoso Colin Carr returns in a fabulous program which celebrates the anniversaries of Felix Mendelssohn (born 1809) and Robert Schumann (born 1810) and the grand achievements of Johannes Brahms. Colin Carr appears throughout the world as a soloist, chamber music, recording artist and teacher. He has played with major orchestras including the Royal Concertgebouw, the Philharmonia, The Royal Philharmonic, BBC Symphony and the orchestras of Chicago, Los Angeles, Washington, Philadelphia, and Montreal among may others. In recent seasons he has performed cycles of Beethoven's complete works for cello and piano with his duo partner Thomas Sauer and several cycles of the Bach Suites for solo cello in London and the United States. As a member of the Golub Kaplan Carr Trio he recorded and toured extensively for more than 20 years. Mr. Carr's cello was made by Matteo Gofriller in Venice in 1730.
