The Hampton Roads Convention Center is not only easy to get to in a variety of ways, but once visitors arrive they'll find there's plenty to do without having to look far. Besides being accessible to all the charms of Hampton, the center is in close proximitiy to the cities of Williamsburg, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth and Newport News. As planned, the center is ideally located in the heart of Hampton's Coliseum Central shopping district, which is home to hundreds of shops, restaurants and attractions, a cluster of hotels, the Coliseum Mall and the new Power Plant entertainment mecca.
